Sour-cherries with coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of sour cherries (without stone)
  • 400 g of coconut cream (one can)
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1 glass of coconut liqueur
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Cooking

Mix all the ingredients in a large pot and use the mixer to crush the sour cherries slightly. Bring to the boil, boil for 5 minutes and pour into small jars.
