Pear with vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Williams pears
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 2 tsp. Real Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 500 g gelly sugar 3: 1

Cooking

Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Bring to a boil in a large pot and simmer for 5 minutes with the lemon juice, the vanilla sugar and the gelly sugar. Do not forget the test if the jelly gets solid. Put into glasses.
