Kiwi, strawberry, raspberry and mint jam

Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 250 g kiwis
  • 1 kg Zahira jam sugar
  • 3-5 mint leaves

Cooking

Rinse the berries briefly with cold water and drain well. Peel the kiwi fruit, cut into chunks and puree them with the raspberries in a blender or with a hand blender. Add the mint leaves and boil the fruit mass with the jam sugar in a large pot while stirring. Cook the mixture for about 6-8 minutes. Make the gelling trail. Fill the hot jam into jars and seal them immediately.
