Orange cranberry jam

Ingredients

  •    2 kg of oranges - 1.4 kg net
  •    0.5 kg of cranberries
  •    1 kg jam Sugar 2: 1 (2 packs)
  •    Juice & zest of a lemon
  •    Shot Campari or Aperol
  •    1 star anise

Cooking

Peel oranges and weigh 1.4 kg. Add cranberries and jam sugar and let squeeze for a few minutes. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and star anise. Boil while stirring and cook for 4 minutes. Remove the star anise and add the Campari or Aperol. Immediately fill the jam into prepared glasses and seal.
