• 1 bunch of different mint varieties: peppermint, spanish mint, …
• 10 sprigs of rosemary
• 1 organic orange
• 1 organic lemon
• 1 kg Zahira sugar
• 750 ml of water
Wash herbs and pat dry with a dishcloth. Wash orange and lemon hot and cut into thin slices. Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the syrup sugar. Add the herbs and the orange and lemon slices to the hot syrup, stir, cover and wait for 24 hours.
Strain through a sieve, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Fill hot and close immediately.
Tip: An eye-catcher is to distribute small herb sprigs in an ice cube container, fill with water and freeze. Now add these herb ice cubes to the drink.
